Enjoy a peaceful retreat in this tiny modern lake cabin located inside of a marina neighborhood. Take in a view of the mountains while enjoying access to the marina and Watauga Lake. Enjoy boating, water skiing, kayaking, hiking the Appalachian trail and nearby snow skiing. You can relax in the hammock or take a nap on the bed swing. At night gather around the campfire and gaze at the stars.

The cabin is a small cozy retreat with the perfect combination of mountain and lake living. Plenty of space in the two bedrooms and the spacious living area, with the bonus of the whole length screened in porch. The marina is just steps away where you can enjoy the lake living. Spaces freshly graveled drive way provided plenty of parking for your car and a small to medium boat. At the marina you have access to the boat ramp and can enjoy water activities all year round. Additional amenities that our cozy home-away-from-home offers are: ~ The kitchen is fully equipped with everything necessary to meet your culinary expectations and needs. ~ High-speed Internet and YouTube TV is provided ~ Smart TV in living room ~ Cards, board games, and books for those rainy days. ~ Outdoor gas grill ~ Electric fireplace with remote control. ~ Bluetooth soundbar to play your favorite music. ~ There is a screened in porch that runs the entire length of the cabin with an seating areas for all to enjoy. Butler, Tennessee, United States The Cabin At The Cove is located inside a local marina community. The Spring and Summer months are perfect for hiking and lake festivities. The Fall months are great for campfires and viewing the beautiful color changing leaves. In the Winter enjoy the quiet of the cabin in the snow with nearby snow skiing. The cabin is located within 30 miles of ski resorts, Grandfather Mountain, the Blue Ridge Parkway and is even easily accessible to the Bristol Motor Speedway. You have access to various local hikes on the Appalachian Trail where you can enjoy the beautiful waterfalls. You have the entire property to yourself including a nice yard to play a game of corn hole, horse shoes, or toss a frisbee. Or you can just hang out around the campfire and make s’mores. Board games, cards, books and sketch pad, etc., are provided.
Guest Access
Guest has access to the entire property and features on the property. The cabin is within a marina community and the gust has also access to the community boat ramp.

This is a rustic and fairly remote location so there is no public transportation. Most cell phones do not work at this location. Sprint cellular service seems to be the only one that can get a decent signal. You will be driving a two lane, paved road around the mountain to most of your destinations. *Winter months: If it snows we recommend an all wheel drive or 4 wheel drive vehicle.
