We stayed for a weekend and found the home to be as pictured. The home was clean and had all of the listed amenities with clear instructions for them (ex. Hot tub).

I was looking for a quick get-a-way and this fit the bill. Martina was very responsive and prompt replying to my inquiries as this was a last minute booking. Very welcoming place with careful thought put into every detail of the decor and amenities (loved the little extras in the bathroom)! The screened porch gave plenty of relaxing space with a nice breeze off the lake. Will be planning a trip forAppalachia State football this fall and plan to book here again to use the gorgeous fire pit area!

This was a very fortunate place for us to find my son and my grandson and myself we’re planning to move to Tennessee and we needed this perfect spot to calm down from the stress of packing our lives up and moving all the way to Tennessee this gave us time to look around and see where we wanted to go. I highly recommend this spot to everyone now we did leave a handheld sprayer in the shower because I’m disabled and it made it easier to take a bath with or shower. This is a great place. It’s beautiful. It’s quite it’s serene. Saw an eagle or two. It was beautiful. Highly recommended.

We absolutely LOVED this Airbnb!! Gorgeous surroundings, very peaceful and private! Loved watching the wild life and sunset over the mountains! We have stayed in a lot of places in the area and this is our favorite! We will definitely be back next time we’re in Butler to visit family! Thanks Martina! 😊

I can't say enough nice things about this property. It's secluded enough. Loved the screened in porch with the bed swing. Loved the fire pit, hammock, and all the chairs outside.

Beautiful cabin and very private! There was some construction noise going on during the day that was audible from the back patio/hot tub, but otherwise a perfect stay! This cabin has everything you need for a relaxing getaway :) we will definitely be back!

Perfect cabin for our pups and us. We loved the deck. Really close to the Little Milligan boat launch for paddle boarding. The walking path to the water is not the best place to put in but the launch area was only a mile away.

We had a wonderful time at the cabin! A great place to relax and enjoy nature. We loved the close by trails and the walk to the lake. The Blue Ridge Mountain View from the porch is spectacular. Perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee!

I had a wonderful stay at Martina's cabin and would definitely return in the future. The cabin was very clean and cozy and the location close to Watauga lake was ideal for my fishing trip. The cabin was also very dog friendly and the doggos had a great time enjoying the yard and going for walks to the lake! Martina was very responsive to my inquiries and an excellent host.

We have stayed on this area in the past but this house is a new favorite. It’s so comfortable and the home is great for entertaining your family. So many great “extras”. Well stocked with amenities. We loved the coffee bar and enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub. We enjoyed hiking and kayaking at Wautaga Lake. We hope to return next year:)
